All Godspeed products are made on demand through Printful. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of sizing, colour preference, or change of mind.

We will replace or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • There is a misprint or manufacturing error
  • You received the wrong item

How to report an issue

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at godspeedthemvmnt@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review and respond within 2 business days.

Refund method

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Non-refundable items

  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper care
  • Digital products or app subscriptions once activated

All orders are fulfilled by Printful and shipped directly to you from their production facilities. We do not hold inventory.

Production time

Each item is made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.

Shipping times (estimated)

  • Canada — 5–10 business days
  • United States — 5–10 business days
  • International — 10–20 business days

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at godspeedthemvmnt@gmail.com and we will investigate with Printful on your behalf.
